2022 Highest Beauty 3 Bottle Collection

Painstakingly crafted each vintage, Highest Beauty is our attempt to capture the finest expression of Cabernet Sauvignon and the purest representation of the legendary To Kalon Vineyard. Produced from 91% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% Petit Verdot that is hand-selected from blocks throughout To Kalon Vineyard, the Highest Beauty exhibits classic Cabernet Sauvignon character with great richness and depth. Cherry, black raspberry, and bramble captivate the nose and are complemented by notes of chocolate shavings and cedar. Flavors of black licorice, tobacco, and cocoa nib are wrapped by subtle toasted spice.

"The full-bodied 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Highest Beauty weighs in at 15.3% alcohol and comes across as just slightly warm as a result, with an open-knit feel and forward nature, despite the inclusion of 5% from the 2023 vintage (this is common in Napa's 2022 vintage wines). Gentle leafy notes add some complexity to the wine's captivating mix of redcurrants and black cherries, all framed by hints of vanilla. Drink this vintage over the next decade or so"
